Return Policy

You may return murals within 30 days of delivery. After this period, your order is considered accepted, and no returns will be processed. We accept returns only for defective or incorrect products, as outlined below:

• The mural is damaged or flawed upon arrival.
• The mural design, dimensions, or material differs from what was ordered.
• An incorrect mural was received.
• The mural does not match the description on the website.

Conditions for Return

• Murals must be unused, unmounted, and unaltered.
• Original packaging is required.
• Minor issues such as slight color variations due to different screen settings are not eligible for returns.

Return Procedure

• Email your return request to [email protected] with proof of purchase, a shipping label, and evidence of defects or inaccuracies.
• We will respond within 2-3 business days to confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
• Wait for our confirmation before sending the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. No refund will be issued if the returned mural is lost, and we do not receive the tracking number.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, you will need to follow our return process and place a new order for the item you prefer. Refunds will be issued for returned items as per our return policy once the return has been processed.
